TEAM BEACH first began when Carol Anne Beach joined the 2006 Dana-Farber team to help raise funds for cancer research. The original TEAM BEACH goal was to honor Rick Beach, a Hodgkins cancer survivor, and Dr. Thom Beach, who was living with malignant fibrous histiocytoma (a rare form of sarcoma cancer). Although Thom Beach died on February 16, 2007 after a courageous multi-year journey of aggressive cancer treatments and surgeries, TEAM BEACH lives on in his memory, and continues to make a difference in moving cancer research forward!

The TEAM BEACH Mission

To honor, remember and support all our courageous family and friends whose lives have been touched by cancer through fundraising support of innovative cancer research.

Thank you for being a part of this incredibly, special effort!
